Welcome to SANI AI. By accessing or using the SANI Guardian Platform, the SANI Sensor Node, or our website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Medical Disclaimer (Critical)

SANI IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL JUDGMENT.

The SANI Platform is strictly a Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tool intended for adjunctive use only. It is designed to track physiological trends and alert clinical staff to potential anomalies.

  • No Diagnostic Claims: SANI does not provide definitive medical diagnoses.

  • No Emergency Service: SANI is not a replacement for an emergency response system (911) or a critical care life-support monitor.

  • Clinical Oversight: All alerts and data provided by SANI must be verified by a licensed healthcare professional before any medical intervention is taken. SANI AI assumes no liability for clinical decisions made based on platform data.

2. License and Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SANI AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for authorized clinical or administrative purposes.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the SANI Sensor Node or software.

  • Using the Service to build a competitive product or service.

  • Tampering with the sensors to attempt to extract raw data streams blocked by our privacy filters.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the "Spatial Pulse" logic, "Ambient Intelligence" analysis, software, code, and design) are the exclusive property of SANI AI and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

  • Trademarks: "SANI," "The Invisible Guardian," and the SANI logo are trademarks of SANI AI.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect clinical data and physiological metadata. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANI AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO PATIENT OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SANI AI, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to any clinical malpractice claims alleged in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
