SANI AI ("SANI") is the developer of the SANI Guardian Platform. The technology, designs, and clinical logic described on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of SANI AI.

1. Patent Notice

The SANI Platform is protected by U.S. and International Patents Pending.

This notice is intended to serve as satisfaction of the virtual patent marking provisions of various jurisdictions, including the virtual patent marking provisions of the America Invents Act and 35 U.S.C. § 287(a).

Scope of Protection: Our pending intellectual property covers proprietary systems and methods for contactless physiological monitoring, predictive clinical analytics, and multi-modal sensor fusion.

2. Copyright & Software Rights

All software, firmware, user interface designs, and text contained within the SANI ecosystem are the property of SANI AI.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, or distribution of SANI software, hardware, or firmware is strictly prohibited.

3. Trademarks

SANI™ is the subject of a pending U.S. Trademark Application. SANI AI claims priority rights to the SANI brand name and associated logos in the fields of Software as a Service (SaaS), Artificial Intelligence, and Healthcare Technology.

The absence of a name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual property rights that SANI AI has established in any of its product, feature, or service names or logos.

4. Trade Secrets

SANI AI maintains specific algorithmic parameters, hardware configurations, and data processing methodologies as confidential Trade Secrets. The absence of a public patent disclosure for a specific feature does not constitute a waiver of our rights to protect that feature as a trade secret.
